Conocimiento y práctica del profesional de enfermería en el manejo del paciente politraumatizado en el Hospital de apoyo Junín, 2024.

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y práctica del profesional de enfermería en el manejo del paciente politraumatizado en el Hospital de Apoyo Junín, 2024. El método fue de tipo básico y un diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal; La muestra fue constituida por 36 profesionales de enfermería. El 42% tuvo conocimiento bueno sobre el manejo del paciente politraumatizado y el 61% presentaron prácticas buenas sobre el manejo del paciente politraumatizado; además, se obtuvo un coeficiente Rho=0,662 y p- valor=0,00. En conclusión, existe relación significativa entre el conocimiento y práctica del profesional de enfermería en el manejo del paciente politraumatizado en el Hospital de Apoyo Junín.

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the knowledge and practice of nursing professionals in the management of polytraumatized patients at the Hospital de Apoyo Junín, 2024. The method was of basic type and a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design; The sample was constituted by 36 nursing professionals. Forty-two percent had good knowledge on the management of polytraumatized patients and 61% presented good practices on the management of polytraumatized patients; in addition, a Rho coefficient=0.662 and p-value=0.00 were obtained. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the knowledge and practice of the nursing professional in the management of the polytraumatized patient at the Junín Support Hospital.
